最初、酸っぱいかと思うくらいすっきりです。柚子的な爽やかさあり。
ランビック要素もあるけど弱めです。
モールシュビット と読むらしい。意味は「突然死」だとか。
かなりしっかりしたHPあります。結構こっていて見ていておもしろいです。
